  • Yes, as long as you fall under the eligibility:

    • Limited online trading at present

    • You employ less than 10 employees

    • Your turnover is less than €2m per annum

    • You must be trading for at least 6 months

    If you are eligible, you may apply for the Trading Online Voucher through your local LEO, where you can avail of up to €2500 or 50% of eligible expenditure (this amount must be net of VAT).

    Please note, you must incur the cost yourself, and then you will be reimbursed the amount. Your voucher approval must be gained before incurring any cost, i.e before beginning work with me.

    Your voucher can used for a number of my services, including:

    • Development or upgrade of an e-commerce website

    • Implementing Online payments or booking systems

  • I don't believe that 'just a logo' can really tell your entire brand story, so for that reason I only create brand identities. A logo is just a small piece of a larger visual system with many elements strategically created to appeal to your ideal clients (primary logo, secondary logo, cohesive colour palette, submarks and brand patterns). These elements all work together to convey your business values and personality. The brand identity that I create for you is designed for longevity, to work across all platforms and ultimately to represent your brand in every aspect.

  • My brand identity packages include the following:

    • primary logo

    • secondary logos

    • brand marks

    • brand pattern

    • color palette

    • brand guidelines/style guide

    You will be supplied with both high resolution and web resolution .JPG, .PNG and .PDF files at the end of out time working together, along with any print ready artwork (if you are working with me for any print material)

  • You will receive everything in the branding package, plus your custom branded site.

    For service-based businesses, I use Squarespace (which is very user-friendly and easy to navigate and update after I handover to you)

    For e-commerce brands, I use Shopify or sometimes a hybrid of Squarespace and Shopify.

    Whether Squarespace or Shopify is best for your business, pre-recorded lessons on the basics of how to update your site after handover will be provided to you. During our discovery call we’ll decide on the best platform for you.

  • Brand identity takes 4-6 weeks and website design takes between 6-10 weeks from the provision of any relevant assets. Packaging design can depend on paper/materials availability, but typically takes 3-4 weeks not including the print and delivery time.

  • For brand identity and your brand strategy session, a client questionnaire will be sent to you, asking you for details about your business, your goals and your ideal client. Apart from that, all I ask of you is to have an open mind and a willingness to potentially think of your brand in a different way!

    For website design, things a little more practical. You will need to provide me with website copy, brand photography, and branding (if you haven't previously worked with me for your branding). If you don't have brand photography or need to hire a copywriter, let me know as I have a golden list of amazing creatives that can help you with thes easpects of your business. Please let me know if you are considering hiring a photogrpaher or copywriter as this may potentially affect your project timeline with me. Once I know, we can adjust our timeframe accordingly.

  • Please make your very best efforts to have all of your questionnaires, copy, imagery and website content ready before your start date. If you do not, this could result in postponing your project to a later date and you potentially paying a penalty.

    More of this is discussed in your contract with me, so please read it carefully.

  • I provide email support for one moth after launch. This includes answering questions and making small tweaks such as fixing links. Re-designs are not included in this and will be quoted separately, for example if you have changed your mind on a design feature after final sign-off and launch. It's ok to change your mind, but I will need to charge accordingly for my time and expertise.

    You will also be provided with pre-recorded 'how to' videos for editing your Squarespace or Shopify site. These videos will be available to you to download and store safely to reference whenever you need them.

    I also offer half-day and full-day rates for previous clients (based on availability) for website maintenance, changes and upkeep. Please enquire for more details.

  • No, all deposits are non-refundable. This allows me to secure your project start date and ensures that I don't double book.

  • Yes, of course! A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to hold your spot on my calendar. The remaining payments can be split up over a period of a few months/weeks. We can agree these dates together, so that you can invest without worrying about payment.
